Scienture Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCNX) reported preliminary, unaudited revenue of approximately $1.22 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. This figure represents a 256% increase compared to approximately $344,000 reported in the second quarter of 2026. The company attributed the substantial sequential growth to the commercial launch of REZENOPY (naloxone hydrochloride) Nasal Spray and initial wholesale shipments, alongside continued sales growth for Arbli.
Narasimhan Mani, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Scienture Holdings, stated that the preliminary results mark a significant inflection point for the company. He noted that with Arbli continuing to gain traction and REZENOPY becoming the second commercial-stage product following its August 2026 launch, Scienture is positioned to accelerate top-line revenue growth through the remainder of 2026 and into 2027. Mani indicated that historically high gross margins would provide operating leverage to support the company's goal of achieving profitability in 2027.
Shankar Hariharan, Executive Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Scienture Holdings, said the revenues reflect progress in executing the company's commercial strategy. He highlighted opportunities to deepen market reach by securing more institutional contracts, engaging more healthcare providers, and forming new commercial alliances. Hariharan stated that with two differentiated FDA-approved products commercialized, Scienture is positioned to build a sustainable pharmaceutical business.
Arbli is a novel proprietary liquid formulation of losartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker used for hypertension. It is the first and only oral liquid formulation of losartan approved by the U.S. FDA that does not require compounding. The product is indicated for the treatment of hypertension in patients greater than six years old, reducing the risk of stroke in patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy, and treating diabetic nephropathy in certain patients with type 2 diabetes. Arbli comes in a 165 mL bottle as a peppermint-flavored suspension with a shelf life of 24 months at room temperature.
REZENOPY is an opioid antagonist indicated for the emergency treatment of known or suspected opioid overdose in adult and pediatric patients. The nasal spray is supplied in cartons containing two blister packages with single spray devices each. The company reported that Arbli wholesale unit sales increased 74% sequentially, supported by recent institutional formulary additions.
The preliminary revenue figures are unaudited and subject to customary adjustments. Scienture's full financial results for the third quarter of 2026 will be included in a Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
