Weyco Group, Inc. extended the maturity of its revolving credit facility to September 23, 2027. The move came through a sixth amendment to its existing credit agreement. The Wisconsin-based company disclosed the transaction on September 24, 2026, in a current report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The amendment modifies the revolving credit facility originally dated November 4, 2020. Associated Bank, National Association is the lender. Under the terms of the amended credit agreement, Weyco maintains a maximum available borrowing limit of $40.0 million. Outstanding amounts on the facility bear interest at the one-month term secured overnight financing rate plus 110 basis points.
The facility is secured by a security interest in the company's general business assets. The agreement includes customary representations, warranties, and covenants typical for this type of facility. A minimum tangible net worth financial covenant is also included. Weyco stated that there are no other amendments to the credit agreement resulting from this sixth amendment.
Judy Anderson, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Weyco Group, signed the report on behalf of the company. The full text of the Sixth Amendment to Credit Agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the report and incorporated by reference.
