The Nasdaq Hearings Panel has granted SCWorx Corp. (OTCQB: WORX) a request for reconsideration, approving the company's continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market after previously ordering its delistment. The panel determined on October 2, 2026, that the data management provider has regained compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements, reversing a decision made on September 17, 2026. Trading in the company's common stock, which has been suspended since April 14, 2026, will be reinstated on a date to be scheduled by Nasdaq.

SCWorx stated that its closing bid price has remained at or above $1.00 per share on every trading day since August 4, 2026. This includes the 10 consecutive trading days following September 17, 2026, which satisfies the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). The company also met the minimum publicly held shares requirement of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(4). On September 16, 2026, SCWorx completed a private placement that, combined with the exercise of outstanding warrants, increased its publicly held shares to 549,092 as of September 17, 2026. This figure exceeds the 500,000-share minimum mandated by Nasdaq. The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Staff confirmed this compliance status on September 30, 2026.

As a condition of the reinstatement, the panel required SCWorx to disclose that each investor in the September 2026 private placement has agreed not to terminate their purchase based on the panel's earlier delisting decision. The company reported that all investors have delivered these agreements. Additionally, the panel imposed a Discretionary Panel Monitor for one year, ending on October 2, 2027. During this period, SCWorx must provide monthly reports to Nasdaq detailing its shares outstanding, insider holdings, and public float through October 5, 2027.

If the company fails any continued listing standard during this monitor period, it will not be permitted to submit a compliance plan or receive a cure period. In such an event, Nasdaq would promptly issue a Staff Delisting Determination, which SCWorx would be entitled to appeal to a Hearings Panel. Tim Hannibal, CEO of SCWorx, stated that the company is pleased the panel recognized its steps to regain compliance and looks forward to resuming trading on Nasdaq.

Until trading is reinstated on Nasdaq, SCWorx common stock will continue to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol WORX. The company is submitting Nasdaq's reinstatement form and expects to announce the specific reinstatement date once confirmed by the exchange. Additional details regarding the panel's decision and investor agreements are included in SCWorx's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 5, 2026.
