Uxin Limited (Nasdaq: UXIN), a leading used car retailer in China, disclosed on July 1, 2026 that an entity controlled by chairman and chief executive officer Kun Dai has adopted a Rule 10b5-1 purchase plan.

The Beijing-based company said it received notification of the plan directly from Mr. Dai, with the buying vehicle identified as Xin Gao.

What a Rule 10b5-1 Plan Signals A Rule 10b5-1 plan is a pre-scheduled trading arrangement that allows corporate insiders to buy or sell shares at predetermined times, quantities, or price levels — established in advance to sidestep insider-trading liability concerns.

Because the plan must be set up when the insider is not aware of material non-public information, the adoption itself carries a procedural signal: the insider is locking in a commitment to purchase before market conditions unfold.
