The disclosure comes as Farage already faces a separate parliamentary standards investigation over a £5 million gift from Christopher Harborne, a stakeholder in stablecoin issuer Tether, which was not declared.

Under parliamentary rules, members are required to register financial interests and donations; failing to do so is the conduct at issue.
