ISS and Glass Lewis back Denarius Metals shareholder vote on debenture amendment share issuances

Two independent proxy advisory firms, ISS and Glass Lewis, have recommended that shareholders of Denarius Metals Corp.

(Cboe CA: DMET / OTCQX: DNRSF) vote in favor of potential common share issuances tied to proposed amendments to the company's convertible unsecured debentures.

The Toronto company published the advisory firms' positions on July 7, 2026, framing them as supplemental information ahead of the ballot. Both shareholders and debentureholders are being asked to vote.

The advisory firms' stance ISS and Glass Lewis each came out in favor of the share issuance vote. Dual endorsements from the two firms give the company's case institutional heft heading into the ballot.
