Clean skincare and makeup brand Versed, founded by Katherine Power, has been acquired by Belle Brands, the consumer brand platform formed by private investment firm Windsong Global.
The deal was announced July 9, 2026, from New York. No financial terms were disclosed.
Belle Brands and Windsong Global Belle Brands operates as a platform company built by Windsong Global, which identifies itself as a consumer-focused private investment firm.
With Versed in the fold, the platform counts at least two named brands: Versed and JVN. The release offered no detail on fund structure, total capital committed, or the number of brands the firm intends to assemble.
