YHC AI Limited, a subsidiary of LQR House Inc. (NASDAQ: YHC), has secured a supplemental agreement granting access to advanced GPT models from OpenAI for use by group company Fusion Five Continents Securities Limited. The arrangement, announced on October 26, 2026, expands upon the AI computing resources deal disclosed on October 19 and follows a June 2026 pact with a ByteDance group company to integrate ByteDance’s models into the platform.
The new contract provides access to OpenAI’s GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6 Sol, GPT-5.6 Luna, and GPT-5.6 Sol. These additions are intended to widen the technological toolkit available to Fusion Five as it builds out its AI-enabled brokerage platform. The agreement also increases the cap on AI compute available under the original terms for OpenAI resources. It establishes a volume discount structure where purchases totaling between $3 million and $5 million over the life of the deal receive a 40% reduction from the headline price, while the previous 30% discount remains applicable to purchases under $3 million.
Fusion Five operates in digital finance, global capital markets, and digital asset infrastructure, offering stablecoin-based funding and settlement on a unified platform. By integrating models from various providers, the firm aims to assess and deploy AI across financial research, quantitative analytics, and portfolio optimization. Management expects this multi-model approach to offer greater adaptability as the platform evolves, potentially improving research tools and portfolio analytics in the future. However, the company notes that specific outcomes will hinge on implementation, testing, and performance within the intended applications.
Leo Chen, Chief Executive Officer of LQR House, described the expansion of AI capabilities as central to the vision for Fusion Five. He stated that following the ByteDance agreement, access to OpenAI models provides an additional set of technologies to evaluate. The company plans to combine these capabilities to support a more integrated brokerage experience that links financial research, portfolio analytics, and investment execution.
LQR House provides clients with access to U.S. and Hong Kong equity markets through Fusion Five. The platform offers AI-driven research and automated portfolio optimization. It distinguishes itself by accepting USDT deposits for securities trading, with settlement handled by a licensed trust company in accordance with regulatory requirements. The technology team includes personnel with backgrounds from Oxford, Stockholm University, and Tsinghua University.
The announcement contains forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties. These statements reflect current expectations about future events that could affect financial condition and results of operations. Actual results may differ materially due to product development risks, regulatory approvals, market acceptance, competitive dynamics, and the ability to apply new AI models to specific business aspects. The company cautions that it cannot guarantee that these expectations will be realized.
