The acquisition is designed to advance CRH’s aggregates-led, connected portfolio strategy. Mintern noted that the deal strengthens CRH’s connected portfolio and reinforces its position as the number one infrastructure player in North America. The company expressed anticipation in welcoming Arcosa colleagues and executing on upcoming growth opportunities.

CRH plans to provide updated full-year 2026 guidance reflecting the completion of the Arcosa acquisition when it reports its third-quarter results on October 29.
