The discount arrives ahead of the July 4th weekend, timing that favors outdoor-ready speakers with the durability ratings to back up their price tags.

What Buyers Get at the Discounted Price

The SoundLink Max carries an IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating, making it resistant to splashes and sand — conditions that routinely damage lower-rated speakers. Its built-in battery delivers up to 20 hours of playback on a single charge, and the USB-C port serves double duty: it accepts incoming charge and can push power out to other devices. A removable handle simplifies transport, and a 3.5mm aux input lets users connect by wire when audio quality demands more than Bluetooth can provide.

Bose markets the SoundLink Max as an upgrade over the smaller SoundLink Flex, citing true stereo sound and meaningfully higher output levels.
