(Nasdaq: VWAV) has countersigned a purchase order for 200 STRATUM VARAN heavy wheeled unmanned ground vehicles from Metal Machinery Components Trading FZCO, a Dubai-based trading company.
The aggregate base purchase price is $20 million, but the company emphasized that its obligations to commence production or make deliveries are subject to conditions that have not yet been satisfied.
The purchase order represents a significant commercial milestone for the company's unmanned ground vehicle platform.
However, the customer is not the end user and has advised VisionWave that it may act on behalf of multiple prospective end users.
