Duke Energy (NYSE: DUK) has appointed Joyce Mullen to its board of directors, with the role becoming effective on Sept. The company announced the addition in a release dated Sept.
25, 2026, identifying Mullen as a former president and chief executive officer of Insight Enterprises. Mullen will serve on two specific committees: the Audit Committee and the Operations and Nuclear Oversight Committee.
She retired from her role as president and CEO of Insight Enterprises in April 2026 but continues to advise that company's leadership as executive vice president of strategic development.
Harry Sideris, president and chief executive officer of Duke Energy, stated that Mullen's experience as a leader will help the company accelerate its approach to shaping the future of energy.
