The business combination between Viking Acquisition Corp. I (NYSE: VACI) and NorthStar Earth & Space Inc.
is expected to close on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The transaction involves a special purpose acquisition company merging with a provider of Space Situational Awareness and Space Domain Awareness services.
Upon closing, Viking will transfer its listing from the New York Stock Exchange to NYSE American. The combined company will operate as NorthStar Earth & Space Enterprises, Inc.
