A $4.0 million common stock repurchase program at Riverview Bancorp is in focus after the Vancouver, Washington company's Board of Directors adopted the authorization on August 20, 2026.

The company may suspend or discontinue it at any time, and the authorization runs for 12 months from the effective date, or until completion, whichever comes first, subject to market conditions.
