Laptop prices have climbed across product lines—new models launching above prior-generation pricing, existing inventory repricing upward—but Amazon's Prime Day and counter-sales at Best Buy and Walmart are posting discounts ranging up to $850 across MacBooks, Windows notebooks, and gaming rigs.
The deals span Apple, Asus, Acer, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft hardware, with monitors, mice, and keyboards also marked down.
Shoppers without an Amazon Prime membership can access many of the same prices through Best Buy and Walmart.
Apple: Modest Cuts on the M5 Line Apple's MacBook Air with M5 chip drops to $949.99 for the 13-inch and $1,149.99 for the 15-inch at Amazon, off list prices of $1,099 and $1,299 respectively.
