This move positions Winner as the first operating company to join Mobix's National Security Matters platform. The initiative aims to transform the company into NSM Labs.
CEO Phil Sansone stated that the company expects fiscal fourth quarter 2026 revenue to land near the high end of its guidance range. This projection exceeds the $1.6 million midpoint.
It indicates more than 100% quarter-over-quarter growth. The growth is driven by increased wireless system shipments and sustained military demand.
