Lindsay Clancy attorney signals plea deal opening after murder trial mistrial

A mistrial in Lindsay Clancy's murder case has brought the question of a plea agreement back into focus.

Her attorney, Kevin Reddington, said Tuesday he is open to a deal and hopes Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz will "revisit" the case after jurors failed to reach a unanimous verdict.

Judge William Sullivan declared the mistrial Friday following an alleged 11-1 deadlock.

Clancy, 36, had faced three counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of her children: Cora, Dawson, and Callan, all under age six. They were found strangled at the family's home in January 2023.
