has postponed its extraordinary general meeting, initially scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2026, to Wednesday, October 7, 2026, according to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company stated that the meeting will now take place at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, at the offices of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP in New York.
The primary purpose of the meeting remains the approval of an amendment to the company's amended and restated memorandum of association and articles of association.
This amendment, referred to as the Extension Amendment Proposal, would extend the deadline for Launch Two to consummate an initial business combination.
