The addition of wine delivery platform Winelivery to Compagnia del Gusto Holding brings the Italian food-and-drinks group a direct urban consumer channel and a digital logistics layer that its chief executive describes as a market laboratory for the broader portfolio.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is the fourth acquisition the Cosulich family-managed group has completed since it was established in 2024.
Winelivery, co-founded by Francesco Magro, Giovanni Roberto, and Andrea Antinori, runs a vertical model combining digital ordering with physical delivery across more than 60 Italian cities.
The platform works directly with wine, beer, and alternative beverage producers, and claims a delivery window of under 30 minutes. It has been folded into Compagnia delle Vigne, the group's wine sub-holding.
