Regulation A+ Tier 2 is now live on Veep Capital, the issuance marketplace Apex DeFi Labs Inc. built on VYASA, the company's enterprise operating system for private capital markets.
The September 4 announcement out of New York covers three issuer types: companies, real estate, and funds. Apex DeFi Labs carries "DeFi" in its name.
The platform it is building, though, is wired into a formal securities offering framework.
VYASA sits beneath Veep Capital as the operating layer, and the company describes it as purpose-built for private capital markets.
