$TCRX is in focus after Amgen notified TScan Therapeutics on August 12, 2026, that it is terminating, in full, the research collaboration the two companies have operated since May 2023.
The deal had carried success-based milestones of over $500 million in the aggregate. TScan said in the filing it does not expect to collect those payments once the agreement ends.
Amgen exercised its contractual right to exit on ninety days' notice, with no early-termination penalty owed.
The collaboration put TScan's proprietary target discovery platform to work identifying antigens recognized by T-cells in Crohn's disease patients.
