The 50 Top Pizza rankings for 2026 have been released, crowding out other contenders to name Una Pizza Napoletana in New York City as the nation's top pizzeria for the fifth consecutive year.
The website, founded in 1996 by Anthony Mangieri, states that the restaurant offers a stand-up example of sit-down pizza, a description also cited by The New York Times.
In addition to its domestic ranking, Una Pizza Napoletana placed second in the 50 Top Pizza World 2026 list.
Colin Caplan, a food historian and pizza expert based in New Haven, Connecticut, told Fox News Digital that determining the best pizza is largely a matter of personal preference.
